Program or spin speed you chose is not compatible with the load. Separate clothes paying attention to their material and use the specific program for such materials. For washing daily clothes use spin speed of 800 to 1000 rpm.

The filter on drainage hose and drain’s opening must be checked because it is possible to be clogged and water does not get drained easily. Open the filter and clean as needed. Pull the machine forward and put drainage hose in a situation so it will not be under any pressure or be twisted.

Maybe the machine is too close to cabinets and walls around it or even pushing against them.

You have used too much detergent.

You have used inappropriate detergents (hand-wash detergents).

It is possible the machine door has not been closed properly. Open the door and then close it completely again.

Maybe you have not press the start bottom right. Try again.

It is possible you chose the delay timer. In this case reset the machine and chose the program you want.

Check the water tap it might not be opened.

In case that your machine is the washer-dryer type and you have used the drier program, it is normal for your clothes to be warm. If you have not chosen this program your clothes must be cold.

You have chosen program which is not compatible with material of clothes or their dirtiness. Use an appropriate program with help of user manual.

The amount of detergent used is not compatible with clothes dirtiness. Pay attention to the load dirtiness and clothes material; increase or decrease it and use standard detergents.

The drainage hose filter must be checked because there is a possibility of it being clogged and dirty water does not get drained easily.

If drainage hose goes under the sink, it is possible that clean or dirty water retracts to machine.

The height of the drainage hose is not enough.

This hose must be at the height of 60-90 cm.

The drainage hose is in the drain pipe too far.

The length of the drainage hose must be inside the drain pipe in a way that tip of the hose does not stay in water.

Check the water tap. Maybe it is not open.

It is possible water inlet hose is twisted and clogged.

In the place of hose attachment behind the machine (valve) there is a small filter. It is possible the filter is clogged. Detach the hose and clean the filter. It is possible there is no water.

Check drainage hose filter and drainage opening. It is possible they have been clogged and water cannot get drained easily.

The length of the drainage hose is too long.

In case drainage hose is attached under the sink, dirty or clean water can retract.

Please pay attention, height of the drainage hose behind the machine must be 90 cm so it should be attached beneath the sink with a gentle slope.

It is possible you have used hand wash powder instead of washing machine powders.

Attention, only use washing machine detergents.

The detergent dispensed is too much for the load and their dirt.

The load inside is synthetic fabrics like nylon… etc. You should use less detergent in such cases.
