Installation Guide

Hereby we thank you for choosing our products. Please be advised to read the lines below for installation and start-up of your product.

 1- For installation and start-up of your product please call Nikan Golden Service center 48 hours in advance. (Phone number:  +9821-88500000)

2- It is mandatory to announce the subscription number to Nikan Golden Service. Any product not having the warranty label of the company will not have the warranty.

3- When receiving the product, please ask the salesperson to open the package and check the body and appearance of the product to make sure it is intact. In case your product has a damaged body or has appearance problems; Nikan Golden Service will not be liable for visual damages.

4- Please make the installation place ready before calling the after-sales service. Should the technicians come to your house and the place is not ready, the trip fees will be charged.

5- In case any additional tools and connections are needed, the charges must be paid by the customer.

6- After installation and start-up, ask for the warranty card from the technician. (Please be advised that all relevant info be filled out in the warranty card).

7- The phone number +98-2188765300 is for the suggestions and complaints which is directly monitored by HQ and possible complaints will be reviewed by this department and will be answered by its relevant agents..

Few points regarding standard to follow on some products:

 Electric gas:

Please refer to user manual for ventilation place.
Maximum distance between socket and product must be 100 cm and it must not be behind the oven and as well must be easy to access.

 Electric and gas ovens:

Please refer to user manual for ventilation place.
Maximum length of gas hose to installation place must be 140 cm.
Maximum distance between socket and product must be 100 cm.
The socket, hose and gas tap must not be behind the oven and should be within reach.

There should be 2 separate gas taps in Place's 2 gas products are installed. 

Dishwasher and washing machines:

For installing product only a cold water tap is needed using a ¾ inch threaded valve, with maximum of 3 meters away from the product.
Maximum distance of the drainage duct to product must be 150 cm and distance from floor must be minimum 60 cm and maximum 90 cm.
 

Attention: Water tap and the drainage duct must not be behind the machine and there must be no barrier for electrical and water connection.

Hoods:

There must be enough space for duct (minimum 15 cm), also socket must be in reach after installation and should be near the product.

Hobs:

Maximum distance to installation place must be 140 cm.

There should be no cabinet above the cooker hob.
